Your training and body evolution assistant.
The first one that brings training, bloodwork, measurements and photos together. You train and rate the effort. It recalibrates everything, every week.

Friday you failed the bench press.
Monday, the spreadsheet asks for the same weight.
A PDF plan has no idea what happened to you. Orkadu asks after every workout and uses your answer: next week comes out recalculated. We call it the Weekly Adjust.

Three steps, and the training starts keeping up with you
01Tell it who you are
Free days, the equipment you actually have, your goal, and what you'd rather not do. Almost all of it is tapping, barely any typing: the profile is standing before you give up on it.
02Pick how the training is born
Generate it with AI, build it from scratch, start from a ready-made template, or import what your coach already wrote. Four paths, and you pick yours. The app doesn't decide that for you.
03It corrects itself every week
At the end of each session you tag it: easy, just right, heavy, or failed. Next week's load goes up, holds, or backs off because of that. It's what keeps a plan yours past week three.
Your training is born however you want. Including with no AI at all.
You pick the path. The catalog has 873 exercises with visual demos.
Whatever the origin, from there on the training enters the same weekly adjustment cycle.
Got blood work or a bioimpedance scan? Even better.
Send the PDF from the lab, the insurer, or the gym. The AI pulls the markers, puts each one on a visual reference gauge, and cross-references them with your training: with low ferritin and a week of bad sleep, the load the app suggests changes.
Nothing on hand? Your training comes out the same. Attach it whenever you have it.
None of this is a diagnosis. What counts as clinical is your doctor's call.

Train with Kadu.
Capybara. Resident coach. Consistency specialist.
For everyone the generic plan never fit
Low impact isn't the exception here
We built Orkadu while training with lipedema at home, so low impact is a first-class path and not a workaround: you can build the week with no jumping and no HIIT, and the load backs off when you tag a session heavy. Orkadu organizes and tracks training. It is not a treatment for any condition, and that conversation belongs to your doctor.
The annual checkup finally becomes load on the bar
You get labs every year and nobody connects them to your training, your sleep, your week. Orkadu does. A rough week and a marker out of range change the load it suggests, the way they always should have.
Orkadu was born at home. A CTO under chronic stress who wanted to get strong without breaking; his wife with lipedema, starting from zero, tired of apps telling her to jump. No app read either of their lab tests. We built what was missing — and now it's open for you to try.
Consistency doesn't go well with alone.
Create a challenge, send the code to your group, and the scoreboard counts itself: 1 valid session a day inside the agreed window. Highest total wins.
The group picks the proof, and it applies to everyone equally: logging the session in the app, attaching a photo of it, or a photo that has to pass the pose of the day.
Want something on the line? A smoothie, an amount between you. Orkadu records the deal, shows the scoreboard, and stops there.
How this works under the hood
Orkadu does not hold, process or transfer money. The recorded amount is declaratory.
Settling up happens outside the app, among the participants. We don't collect from anyone and we don't arbitrate disputes.
A tie for first place voids the deal: nobody pays.
This feature is for adults (18+) only.

Labs, training and health — no jargon

“Orkar du?” Do you have the strength?
The name comes from Swedish. Orka is the verb for having the energy to keep going. It's the question the app asks you every week, and helps you answer.
Inside the name lives Kadu , our capybara with a very Brazilian name. The calmest animal in the country: strong, steady, impossible to stress. Orkadu guides you the same way. It adjusts the load. It doesn't nag you.
Try everything for 7 days. Decide after.

Straight questions, straight answers
Are my lab tests and health data safe?
Yes. Health data is encrypted (AES-256) and handled as sensitive data under LGPD, Brazil's data protection law. You can export or delete everything at any time, in Settings. Your data never becomes the product.
Does Orkadu replace a doctor or nutritionist?
No, and it doesn't try to. It organizes your data and your training; clinical decisions belong to your doctor. Every AI-generated analysis ships with that notice.
Do I need lab work to start?
No. The training comes from your profile, and lab work is reinforcement: when you send it, the plan gets finer. The last checkup already sitting in your drawer works, just upload the file.
I'm a total beginner (or sedentary). Is it for me?
Yes, that's one of the two profiles Orkadu was built for. Beginner and sedentary profiles get the most conservative progression, starting from what you can do today.
I already train with a coach. Is it for me?
Yes, and probably more so. Send the PDF or a photo of the sheet they wrote: the app transcribes it, you review it, and from there you log your sets in it. And you can generate a read-only link so your coach can follow your adherence without creating any account.
Am I required to use AI?
No. You can build the training from scratch or start from one of the 3 ready-made templates, without a single AI call. And nothing is generated unless you ask.
How does a challenge with something on the line work?
You agree among yourselves and Orkadu only records it. Orkadu never touches the money: it does not hold, process or transfer anything, it doesn't collect from anyone and it doesn't arbitrate disputes. Settling up happens outside the app. A tie for first place voids the deal. Adults (18+) only.
How much does it cost?
Nothing for your first 7 days — full access, no card. After that, R$ 39,90/month or R$ 229/year (which works out to R$ 19,08/month), and you're notified inside the app ahead of any charge. Cancel whenever you want.
Do I need to install an app?
No. Orkadu runs in your phone's browser, looks and behaves like an app, and you can add it to your home screen in two taps.
